Privacy policy · App version 1.0.1
Your game stays local.
Analytics is optional.
How Infinite Lotto handles information, how to turn analytics off, and how to request deletion.
1. Game progress on your device
No account is required. The app has no ads or in-app purchases. Coins, experience, lottery results, owned assets, story progress, preferences and recovery saves are stored on your device. The app does not provide cloud saves or synchronization between devices.
Resetting starts a new game and may leave recovery files. Use your operating system’s app-data deletion or uninstall controls to remove local app data. Operating-system backups, restored data and information you have already copied must be managed separately.
2. Optional gameplay analytics
Analytics starts disabled. Only if you enable it under Game analytics in Settings do we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand the first-play experience, progression, difficult stages and return visits. Declining does not change any game features or rewards.
Your current progress at consent becomes the starting snapshot. We do not reconstruct and send earlier gameplay actions.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| App analytics identifier (app-instance ID) | Distinguishing use and return visits for an installation. We do not set a name, email address or game account as an analytics user ID. |
| App launches, sessions and foreground time | Understanding new and returning use and how long the app is open. Time in the foreground does not necessarily mean focused play. |
| Key actions and progress summaries | First ticket, settlement, upgrade and asset purchase; auto-issuing; level, travel, space and ending milestones; resets and offline growth. Game destinations and fictional assets are not real addresses or financial property records. |
| App and device environment | Comparing use by app and balance version, device model, operating system, language and similar technical information. |
| Approximate region | Country or city estimated by Google from the connection’s IP information. The game does not request GPS or other precise-location permissions. |
An identifier can connect records across days, so we do not describe them as fully anonymous. Analytics events do not contain names, emails, phone numbers, exact birthdates, complete lottery numbers, full save files or clipboard contents. We disable advertising identifiers (IDFA and Android Advertising ID), IDFV, Google signals and ad personalization. We do not sell analytics information or use it for personalized advertising combined with data from other companies’ apps. Google’s data collection explanation.
3. Google processing and international transfers
We use Google LLC’s Google Analytics for Firebase / Google Analytics 4. After consent, events are sent to Google servers over encrypted connections when the internet is available. Events may wait on your device while offline. The operator views usage, progression and return-visit reports in Google Analytics. This is not a game-save backup service.
| Provider and contact | Google LLC. Google’s privacy contact options are listed in its Privacy Policy. App-related requests go to dfrc.jhg@gmail.com. |
|---|---|
| Countries | Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where Google or its processors operate facilities. A Korean reporting time zone does not mean storage is limited to Korea. |
| Information transferred | The optional analytics records, app analytics identifier, app/device environment and approximate region described above. |
| When and how | After consent, as events occur and a connection is available, using encrypted network transmission. |
| Purpose and retention | Understanding use, progression and return visits to improve the game. Additional sharing and retention are described below. |
| Declining or withdrawing | Decline the initial prompt or choose Settings → Game analytics → Disable. Features and rewards are unaffected. |
Google’s service processing is described in its Data Processing Terms and Privacy Policy.
4. Additional account-level sharing
The Google Analytics account currently has sharing enabled for Google technical support, assigned sales/account specialists, and benchmarking. Support staff may access account data to resolve issues; assigned specialists may provide service guidance and recommendations. Benchmarking contributes to statistics combined with other apps and websites.
We therefore do not describe every use by Google as limited to supplying reports to the app operator. This app’s property currently has no Google Ads or BigQuery links, and Google signals is disabled. Account sharing and ad personalization are separate settings. Google’s sharing settings explanation.
5. Retention
GA4 user- and event-level retention is set to two months. The setting that renews identifier retention after new activity is off. These settings were applied and read back on September 11, 2026.
This retention period covers detailed data used in explorations and funnels; it does not impose the same limit on every standard aggregated report. Google’s retention explanation.
6. Turning analytics off and requesting deletion
Choose Settings → Game analytics → Disable to stop new analytics collection/transmission and reset queued analytics data and analytics state on the device. This does not immediately delete records already sent to Google. Re-enabling analytics does not reconstruct events from the time it was disabled. Uninstalling the app or resetting the game does not immediately erase server records.
To request deletion of detailed server-side analytics records, tap Copy deletion request on the same screen and email the copied information to dfrc.jhg@gmail.com. The button copies request text and recently retained analytics identifiers to your clipboard. It does not automatically send an email or delete server records.
The operator uses the supplied identifiers to request user-data deletion in this Analytics property and replies with the request’s status and outcome. The service’s processing times and limitations concerning already generated aggregate reports may apply.
Your email address alone cannot identify analytics records. To help with deletion, the device retains up to four recently observed analytics identifiers, even after analytics is turned off. These are not added to new analytics events. If app-data deletion or reinstallation removes the identifiers, older records may no longer be identifiable. You can separately remove the local identifier records and copied clipboard contents using operating-system controls.
7. Age guidance
This version asks users to enable analytics only if they are at least 14. Users under 14 should play without enabling it. This notice is not age verification or verified parental consent. Parents or guardians can contact the address above about children’s data. The content age rating and the analytics choice are separate; declining analytics does not block play.
8. Stores, support and this website
Google Play or the Apple App Store handles purchases and refunds. The game does not directly collect card numbers or store passwords. Platform purchase records, backups and diagnostics follow the platform’s policies and settings.
Support email addresses, messages and attachments are used to investigate and reply. We retain them as needed, remove unnecessary information afterward, and follow any applicable legal retention requirements. Access and deletion requests can use the same address. Email is handled through Gmail and may be processed on Google infrastructure outside your country. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Privacy and support links open an external browser. This website uses Firebase Hosting, which may process IP addresses, request times and browser details for delivery and security. We install no ads, visitor-analytics scripts or contact forms on the website. Firebase’s privacy information.
