Getting started, saving progress, offline growth and contacting support.
Starting or continuing a game
Choose New game on the title screen to begin. Continue becomes available when a save exists. Starting a new game with an existing save opens a reset confirmation. Cancelling keeps your progress.
Continue calculates progress from your time away before opening the game. Time spent on the title screen is not recorded as foreground play time in analytics.
Tickets and auto-issuing
Start with the ticket button at the bottom of the screen. You can tap again when its gauge fills; results are settled at the end of each draw. After participating in three draws, you can enable auto-issuing in Growth.
Upgrade your ticket machine and buy assets to improve ticket production and income. Unlock destinations in Travel for larger rewards. The result notice below the lottery-shop card and its details view show recent wins.
Offline growth
With auto-issuing enabled, tickets from your time away are calculated when you return. Up to 12 hours are credited at a time. After a long absence, allow a moment for the calculation after selecting Continue.
Offline progress does not require an internet connection. If you enable optional analytics, analytics information is transmitted when a connection becomes available.
Language and story
Settings offers 한국어, English and 日本語, plus an automatic option that follows the device language. Changing language does not reset coins, owned assets or story unlocks.
Chapters unlock at progression checkpoints. The story screen shows what remains until the next goal, and unlocked chapters can be read again at any time.
Saves, new devices and resetting
Progress saves automatically on your device. The app has no built-in cloud saves or synchronization between devices. Uninstalling or changing devices may lose your progress. Operating-system backup availability and restoration depend on your device settings.
Confirming New game or the reset option in Settings replaces the current journey with a fresh one; there is no in-game undo button. Recovery files may remain. To remove all local data, use the operating system’s app-data deletion or uninstall controls. Manage backups and copied information separately.
Optional analytics and deletion
Analytics starts off. Declining leaves every feature and reward available. You can enable or disable collection in Settings → Game analytics. Please enable it only if you are at least 14.
To request deletion of analytics already sent, tap Copy deletion request on that screen and email the copied information to the address below. Copying does not send an email or delete server records. The version 1.0.1 privacy policy explains the information collected, the two-month retention setting and deletion process.
Problems, purchases and refunds
Include the app version, selected language, device model, affected screen and steps to reproduce the problem. If useful, attach a screenshot with sensitive information hidden. Do not send passwords or card details. For analytics deletion, include the analytics IDs copied from the app.
Use the purchasing Google Play or Apple App Store’s process for purchases and refunds. All tickets, coins and ownership in the game are fictional and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
